Service Agreement

a. Services Offered: WayTech Pro offers Digital marketing services to all type of business.

b. Billing: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the initial month and subsequent monthly charges for continued services.

c. Payment Terms: In accordance with our terms and conditions, if a customer fails to make the payment after the due date, we reserve the right to charge the card on file within six days post the due date.

WayTech Pro reserves the right to charge a 5% late fee penalty.

Client Obligations

a. Account Management: Company is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the client account information, including usernames and passwords.

b. Communication: Clients must respond to communications from WayTech Pro regarding account performance and upcoming payments promptly.

Termination of Services

a. Cancellation Policy: Clients must notify WayTech Pro before 7 days of their intent to cancel services before the stipulated date.

b. Fulfillment of Contractual Obligations: In the absence of cancellation notification, WayTech Pro reserves the right to charge the card on file to fulfill contractual obligations.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

a. Modification: WayTech Pro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

a. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.
